Unknown Message appears

Operating System: Windows Vista, Home Basic

Java Version: 1.7.0_03

Antivirus Program: Microsoft Security Essentials.

Description of Problem:

Everytime i attemp to log-in, it loads the screen, but its bleach white. A small message box that has "Hello" As its title appears but its just the window's frame, Then the launcher never loads from there. I attempted to find answers and failed, if i missed somthing,i am sorry and please let me know.

I may have the same exact problem every time I double click the launcher an error in my cmd pops up for half a second then nothing happens I have a post about it that has not yet been answered.

...if you already have a post about it why are you posting this here? That isn't helpful at all.
