downloading modpacks issue

hi guys i keep having an error when i install a modpack, it has happened for attack on the b-team, voltz, tekkit classic, tekkit legends and a few others honestly i have tried hundreds of modpacks but it comes up with same error but different version titles.

can anybody help???

It's possible your antivirus / firewall software is blocking, try disabling to test if this is true.

I have let it through my firewall already and Minecraft vanilla too so I could fix the previous error but after I sorted the firewall this error came up
