Sorting machine stops working?

So I made a sorting system where each sorting machine in which one sorting machine sucks items out of a main deposit chest and transfers it among other sorting machines until it reaches one who can sort it into the correct chest (It's kinda like the one on Bluexephos's tekkit series if you know it). It works really well besides the second sorting machine that works at first and then stops working as if it's not receiving a redstone signal anymore. It just gets stuck.

Try this bro, it shows the operation modes that are needed - go for the last or second-to-last one.
