Deleted modpack and world

Hey guys,

Rookie mistake today, I've been playing the Wizards Ascension Modpack (which is awesome btw) but have been having trouble with it crashing so I decided to delete it and download Wizards rebirth. I copied my world before deleting the modpack but didn't paste it anywhere after ages of searching downloaded Clipdiary and can see the file in there, but cant bring it back as it now has no source, any help here or do i have to start all over again??

try right clicking on the technic folder and see Previous Versions is of any use.
