Any modpack freezes on Mojang screen (starting game...)

Any modpack I use causes the game to freeze on the Mojang screen that says "Starting game". I get the Java Platform SE Binary is not responding error. I have let it sit for a solid 15 minutes without touching it and it still never loads. I have uninstalled technic and reinstalled it but that didn't help. Running most recent version of Java.

Could you also pastebin the crashlog,  C:\Users\Austin\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\forsakenupkeep\crashlogs\ most recent one?

There is no crashlog there, only the logs file which contains no crashlogs
