launcher crashes after login

Description of Problem:

the launcher loads fine but after i press the login button the launcher opens technic but only displays a white screen the crashes

what mac computer are you using? because i have the same problem on my macbook pro but my imac runs it perfectly fine

I have that same problem and I contacted them there going to make a update to fix it soon.

They did say the update news would be posted on the front page just look there

Ok i fixed it download the linux/jar launcher open it and then open up a new terminal paste this into it

cd Downloads

export JAVA_HOME=/System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home

java -jar technic-launcher.jar

Thanks John Sanchirico.. it worked for my macbook pro but I'd still like a fix. I don't want to have to force every time I want to play thanks for the temp fix its greatly appreciated
