OS: Windows 7 Home Premuim x32 (2gb RAM)

Java Version: Java 7 Update 9

Description of Problem:

i was gonna make an BatBox and i didnt know the recipe so i looked it up on NEI then when i pressed R (Button for recipe (not changed button!)) it didnt show up it got really frustrating with everything PLEESE HELP !!

The version of IC2 in Tekkit 3.1.3 is incompatible with NEI. There's no fix, so you'll just have to use the IC2 wiki.
