Warning for tekkit nation stealing players!

Hi! In the last couple of days mods and players from tekkit-nation has been joining our server spamming their IP. So be on the lookout for them, they're obviously up to no good.

Same here. They're also whispering players to join their server.

Blocks all IP advertising (can do urls as well, but that's pretty annoying) in all chat channels. Alerts staff who have a special permission node and auto-bans after a threshold of spam is met.
