errors,errors and more errors!

Hello so today I download the technick launcher and download hexxit,good but when I start it blink and nothing happens.I tried to google it and open the console so when I start it shows this:[B#349] SLF4J: Failed to load class "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder".

Two issues:

1st, close the launcher and download and run this: http://tk.iamtrue.net/clearJavaEnvVars.bat

Then allocate more ram to the launcher, try 2-3GB if you can spare it.
