Modpack Location Self File Server Upload

So i used dropbox, but now i'm getting complaints about dropbox having bandwidth restrictions. Users can't download my modpack and I don't want to keep changing it.

I decided to self host my modpack and successfully have gotten players to download the modpack directly from my server.  http://teenie.onthewifi.com:8081/modpack.zip

I tested this link and it works just like dropbox. It downloads the modpack by just clicking on it. I placed this link in the modpack location and it accepted it.

I am however getting complaints about the modpack download not working. I'm unsure of what the problem is.

Can someone try to download this modpack and let me know what error they get? Please

Hope this is the right place for this. I really don't want to get banned.

Guess my question is, what could be the problem?

Could you re-upload it? I get crc errors when I test it with 7zip.
