Rubber trees and Some ores not spawning

Title: Rubber trees and Some ores not spawning

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: java7u10

Description of Problem:

The server doesn't contain any rubber trees or Ores like Uranium etc as well as no ruby, sapphire or emerald. Am i missing a mod or something? or is this a bug that i can fix.

Did you change a vanilla server into a Tekkit server, because vanilla worlds won't have the resources generated already. Try going to new chunks.

If not, check the mods folder of the server.
