Can't place water. Help!

Hello, and I've been playing Tekkit Legends for a little bit, and I've just come across the issue that I can't place liquids. I can pick them up with the bucket, but as soon as I place them with the bucket they disappear. I've tried reinstalling, and nothing seems to be working.

Are you playing on Single player or Multiplayer? .. If multiplayer, then I guess those specific liquids have been banned on the server.

I figured out my problem. It had to do with a different mod I had installed other than Tekkit that caused the water problem.
