My friend bought and gifted a copy of Minecraft to me for Christmas last year and just recently I was unable to join his server. He told me to download it again. I did and now it says I have to buy Minecraft to play. Help?

step 1: change your password maybe a hacker stole it

step 2: re download the launcher by deleting the .techniclauncher folder in appdata/roaming

step 3 : enable all mods

step 4: use a differnet bulid

step 5: if all fails contact mojang
