Moorpark won't work

Alright. I watched a yt tutorial on how to make a Morocco and upload it to technic. I did everything on the video right but for some reason when my friend (who I asked to test it) says it downloads but won't load. I haven't been on pc To Try It Myself so I can't provide logs. I think it may be something with the kids inside the pack crashing it so I will let you guys download the files from the direct link to try and see etc is happening.

Many issues. 

You have several duplicate mods, and most have odd names, like you downloaded them from some crap content-stealing website instead of curse, curseforge, minecraftforum.net, or the author's website. 

You may have other issues too, but fix this first.
