Update failing, reaching about 99% and then saying it failed.

Description of Problem:

Update Failed. Have tried deleting Technic and Minecraft files and redownloading, and switching off both AntiVirus and Firewall. Haven't updated Minecraft to 1.4.6 yet, stil using 1.4.5 if that makes a different.

I have 1.4.6 on minecraft and mine tekkitdon't work :(

it doesnt matter if you dont update from 1.4.5 its still going to be broken hopefully the tekkit team is on this problem. My oil rigs are getting lonley :[
