Windows 10 Modpacks wont launch

Whenever I open a modpack - even the ones already installed by technic - it will 'load' the modpack, close the window and then re-open the window without opening the modpack.

I have updated Java and tried reinstalling

1.) Close the launcher. 2.) Go to: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp 3.) Select the download that says Windows Offline (64-Bit) 4.) Start the Java install program you just downloaded 3.) Start up the launcher
