Block Texture Broken, Glitch?

I have been playing tekkit for a while and have never experienced this glitch. It is with all modpacks (at least the ones i tried which are tekkit and hexxit) and i cant understand why it is doing this. I just made a server and recently it started happening. The picture attached shows what the glitch looks like. I have restarted my computer, switched modpacks, reinstalled tekkit, and reinstalled technic and nothing works. The glitch occurs in single player and multiplayer and no matter what i do it wont go away. plz help.
