I am having problems with connecting to a tekkit server please help!!

hey everyone i have a problem i need help with .When i try to connect to any minecraft tekkit server minecraft loges in of the server and and then crashes giving me a white screen. I have re-installing tekkit i cleared the chase and re-installed java but nothing .

My pc specs are:

Processor: intel core duo 2.4 GHz

Graphics card: GeForce 8800 GT 500MB

OS:Windows XP 32bit home edition

Please help
