Will these plugins on my tekkit server?

I was planning on adding PEX, and WorldGuard. Will this work with the updated version? (I'm guessing not) Or do I have to look for a 1.1 version of the plugin?

Please Help!

you need the R4 version of both or the earliest version prior to R4, I have linked the correct versions for both of them for you:
