Old error coming back?

Hi my name is William, i have been apart of the Minecraft/Technic player base for along time and i was recently ran into an issue.
you see i have a very old minecraft account, still unmigrated, I believe it was purchased around october 2013 and it worked great with your launcher. 
But i went on a years break from 2018 to 2019 never playing and now it seems to say 
"this mojang account has no purchased copies of minecraft attached".
 Which to me seems ridiculous, however i am turning to you guys to see, if I am stupid or maybe on to something, I know people prior to me around 2013 had the same issue however i have not seen it lately.
