Installer isn't working

Hi, my Technic Launcher installer isn't working, i've already installed the latest 64bit Java there is, tried moving to another folder, and tried giving it administrator privileges, yet it still doesn't work.

When i click the install button, the window closes and Java begins to appear and dissapear from my task manager, and i noticed in the logs that pretty much the only thing that it does is create the folders, launch itself, close itself, and repeat, but it all comes to a halt once i delete the settings.json file.
