How do I add texture packs?

I've looked in my technic folder in appdata and I couldn't find a texturepacks folder, help?

You go to "AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks" There you clikc on the modpack you are playing and want to install the texturepck on. Then inside the folder of the modpack there should be a texturepack folder.
