Certain Mods Not Loading

Description of Problem:

A few mods are not loading when starting Technic V7.5.1 I tried a few other versions also seems like only the recommended version is working correctly. Here is a video of it downloading after a fresh start and the list of mods:

You're trying to use a dev. build? A development build. And yet you expect everything to work? It probably won't. Recommended is recommended for a reason, that being that it's stable and works, mostly. The dev builds are not going to be stable, probably won't have all the normal mods, and might simply not work at all.

The dev builds are a playground full of broken glass, sparkly and inviting, but ultimately full of pain and sorrow for the unwary.

Ty you for the quick reply but i tried many other version and all of them have the same problem, Ive seen some other videos of players playing on the version i try loading and them not having any problems its not just the dev its most of them for me.

Okay, I watched the video, couldn't before. Couldn't exactly see much missing. Perhaps we can start there. What exactly is missing? And standard advice applies, make sure your antivirus is disabled during the download, etc...

And yeah, as to trying different versions... most versions aren't rec. I remember the dev builds leading up to the current rec. EE, for example, was only included in alternating versions pretty much, due to conflicts and testing.

The main one i noticed missing is Optifine, But through process of elimination i found the Id resolver and everything involved with Mo' Creatures that weren't up to date with 1.4.6. But i have fixed this my self using a fresh install of minecraft and installing all the mods with optifine.
