My Modpack

[Neosity]

My modpack is just: Neosity Modpack

 

I went through over 10 posts on how to fix this and i cant. My modpack launches vanilla minecraft for some reason.
 In the bin file the only thins is the modpack.jar
In the config i have the mod like cfg files
In mods i just have mods.

Do you guys know how to fix this
