Title: rotary macerator and netherores are nonexistant

Description of Problem:
My tekkit server does not allow me to make rotary macerator. I put the ingredients in the crafting station and the macerator shows up in the product window, then promptly disappears. I am able to craft an induction furnace, the rotary macerator shows up in the recipe list, and I am also upable to craft the advanced compressor and extractor.
When I enter the nether, the ores are not there. Plenty of netherock but not ores. I have travelled quite a distance, up down and around and still no ore.
I deleted my server and installed another and the problem still exists. I can play solo and do not have this problem, only the server does this. I am unable to find answers anywhere so far. Please someone give me a clue as to how to fix this, I am tired of restarting.
