Not launching modpacks

Hello, I'm trying to download a modpack and it keep appearing with CB's DepLoader was unable to download required library CodeChickenLib.

I,ve tried downloading other packs and it just keeps popping up with an error.

please could anyone help

Is it happening only with one modpack or also with other complete different modpacks? Because for me it seems to be a modpack issue. You can always try to reinstall completely the Launcher.
