Power supply broken

So I've had this power teleport pipe connected to my 5x5 reactor by emerald extraction pipes for a while now. I was setting up stuff in my base and then noticed that, well, power wasn't being provided to any of my machines. I triple checked that all the pipes were on the right settings and frequencies, and broke all of them and replaced them, still a no go. I've gone back to desktop and restarted minecraft, repeated everything again, and still, no power. Is there something I can do to fix this or will I have to find a different way to provide power?
