I am on start of making new modpack, need suggestions for mods.

Since i am not fan of most modpacks as they are over saturated or just completely unbalanced, so stuff like mekanism is out of the equation, i wanna make one that wont feel like that, i chose to have as a base mod industrial craft and prolly buildcraft so i need mods that fit the theme and just go along nicely.
