Cant allocate more ram.

Best Technic-launcher & Players.

i got the problem that im stricted to max 1GB of ram able to allocate to technic's launcher options..
I got a 32 Bit pc, and downloaded Windows offline above the (64 bit) version.

as i restarted my pc, relaunched technic it still did not allow me to allocate more ram.. i got Java 8 since java 7 isnt getable anymore..
im very confused and clueless.. i got banned on the discord of technic-launcher. idk the reason anymore since its probably 2 Years ago that it happened.
i searched for forums related to my issue and most of them just say re-download java 64 bit etc etc didnt work. tried youtube video's also no fix..

its annoying as i am "Sometimes Able to play" but other times it just crash's saying it needs more ram..
i had the issue of when clicking [play] it would just turn into a white screen. no fix for that.
And randomly my pc screen starts going black and after like 1min it turns regular again. only happens with technic-launcher..
and im seriously clueless  please help me...
