Game randomly crashing back to Launcher

Have had many issues with my pc recently especially involving technic. I mainly play tekxit 3 and it's been freezing a lot today at random points. I have 7GB of ram allocated to the launcher but even then it still crashes or freezes. The crash/freeze occurs anywhere between while im loading up the modpack, when I finish loading all the mods, when I load into the server, while i'm playing the server, or after about a minute of playing. My drivers are up to date and so is windows. I've tried so many things but nothings worked so I need help. Here's the most recent piece of the log from just before the most recent crash while I was playing on a server.

Not a launcher issue. Moved to Platform Pagoda.
