Players complained that armor wasnt preventing as damage as it used to. When they get hit with a Red Matter Katar they take dmg while wearing quantum helm, nano chest, quantum legging and boots. They even take damage while a zombie hits them. I used the link Download Tekkit 3.1.2 from the Tekkit website and even started the server w/o any modded/plugins added to test if the bug was due to plugins or not.
It was working on my server until I redownloaded the tekkit files and did a fresh install.
