Custom Modpack Launches in Vanilla

Hey guys, I am having the problem a lot of newcomers seem to have. The title summarizes it well: my game just keeps launching in vanilla. I have worked on this for a while now, and I just dont know what I am doing wrong. If anyone has any ideas, please send!

Edit 1: Currently trying to change the version of forge I am using. Will update soon.

Edit 2: I changed my version of forge. If you try to use the latest, it wont work. Use recommended.
