Can't load mods with my modpack

Hi !

I came here desperately after searching a lot of video on youtube and some topics on this forum.

My problem is that when I play my modpack, there's no mods, the game is in vanilla. I tried different option with the file named modpack.jar .

First of all, I what everyone else does: install the universal file and slide it into the bin file. 

Then, I downloaded the Windows Installer, ran forge and clicked on "extract" (into the bin folder). I know,, you have to download the universal version but when you extract forge installer, it creates an universal version (it was called universal).

I set the 1.7.10 version on the site. 

 

 

With hope that someone can find an answer to my problem.
