Technic Launcher not Fully Launching Modpacks

Hello everyone, 

I'd like to say thank you in advance to anyone who is able to help me with this issue.

When I launch most mods, in particular, Pixelmon Generations Official, it does not launch fully. The minecraft icon pops up and the technic launcher window closes as one would expect, however, the menu screen for the modpack doesn't show up, even after several minutes. Oddly enough, the menu music plays. The same thing happens when launching Crafting Dead Official and tekkit legends as well, though no music plays. Strangely enough, tekkit lite launches completely fine. 

I think it has something to do with the recent windows update. 

Attached are the logs: I first launched tekkit legends, then Crafting Dead, then Tekkit Lite, and then Pixelmon Generations. (Closing out each respective modpacks after each attempted launch)

No support for Pixelmon. Reproduce the issue with a non-pixelmon modpack then upload the log.
