Technic launcher launches Vanilla instead of Forge

So, hello.
I recently wanted to play some modded minecraft with my friends, so I created a Technic modpack, launched it, but it was in Vanilla. I tried to follow this guide, but still nothing. I will provide all links.

EDIT 1 : Also I tried to verify the modpack.jar file with Tekxit 3 and it worked just fine so the problem can't be there.

If you're running newer versions of Forge for 1.12.2
