Custom Modpack loads vanilla Minecraft 1.12.2

I followed so many tutorials, I tested all the mods in normal MC with forge, everything loads great, but when I try to load the Technic edition, it just loads up vanilla Minecraft, please help!

Seems you have fixed it, I was able to install it and run it just fine
