File version .json not found in ...

Me and a friend decided to meme around a bit and make our own Technic modpack, we ran one in 1.7.10 with the LOTR mod then we decided to change it to 1.12.2 . To keep it short, everytime I launch it it boots up in vannilla, I tried tons of stuff like updating my java and changing allocated RAM, nothing helped.

There are currently no mods inside said modpack but there are a fair amount of issues already.
