Pixelmon Reforged running in the background but not launching/displaying

Hey guys so I downloaded the Technic Launcher and Java 1.8.0_251 64-Bit, I also allocated 4 GB out of 16 GB to cover the 2 GB minimum.

My problem is every time I press "Play" it loads the game up because I start to hear the Minecraft music in the background but it doesn't display anything.

I have updated my GPU drivers/ changed Technic launchers allocated ram from 4-8 GB (got the same result) 

Please help

Does this occur with other packs? Pixelmon support is not offered on these forums. If this happens with other packs it could just be that the window got moved "off screen". Try Shift + right clicking the icon on the taskbar, select "Move", press any arrow key and then move the mouse around.
