Whenever I try to download the modpack I created, this error happens

I used to upload my modpacks to copy a long time ago, but as it doesn't exist anymore, I am trying to upload my modpacks to dropbox. But, whenever I download my modpacks, that error happens:

Just downloaded fine for me, check again.

I know dropbox has somewhat limited bandwidth limits on the free accounts, maybe you had reached that cap?
