Whenever i open up Technic launcher it gives an error

So basically whenever i open up technic launcher i get this error "an error occured while attempting to reach authserver.mojang.com" i really don't know what to do and i love playing modpacks i've tryed reinstalling java still does'nt work please someone help me

Uninstall that account generator crap and buy Minecraft. Not a launcher issue. Locked.
