How to create modpack.jar on 1.7.10?

Hey guys, been creating modpacks for a while. Love this easy way to distribute a modpack.

This new modpack I'm trying to put together, I'm having a problem with Forge 1.7.10 1614. 

The universal jar file just won't open on my mac running Catalina 1.15.7. and Java 8 r261.

The Forge forums won't even read any post that has anything to do with Forge below 1.15. So how to I get my modpack.jar bin file?

When I open the file it tells me The Java JAR file "forge..." could not be launched. Even when I try to launch it through the Terminal, java -jar (location file). that doesn't work either.

Is there somewhere I can get a mudpack.jar file for Forge 1.7.10-10.13.4.1614?
