texture pack problems (read)?

So i used to be able to play tekkit running with sphax 128x. Then i had to format my computer and now I can only play with the 64x version of sphax. The 128x version gives me white text boxes and bad textures. Also i backed up my . techniclauncher folder before formating and then I restored it back in its place. The reason i posted this here was becacuse someone told me it could be vram problems. I have a radeon 6600 HD
