Dungeons Origins Modpack Error (Not compatable with 1.16.3)

So my friend tried to switch the modpack to Minecraft Dungeon Origins modpack because we say Tommyinnit and other youtubers play it, and when he switched the modpack we tried to join it but the server says 1.16.3 required yet we cant switch technic to 1.16.3? It also says this modpack has a mod that requires forge.
