Failed to get OAuth authorization

I can't login, when I use my Microsoft account, I get to the point where it says authentication token received but I go back to the launcher and it says "Failed to get OAuth authorization". When I try to go with my Mojang account I get told "an error was raised while attempting to communicate with https://authserver.mojang.com/." How do I fix this? I have deleted and reinstalled the launcher multiple times and it didn't fix it. Im on Mac by the way.

so basically I had the same problem too for anyone that is still searching for a solution to this day. I play on Mac. so there isn't any files for you to delete to bypass whatever anyone else says on the web. if you done your research you know what im talking about or have an idea. but anyways the solution is simple technic launcher isn't getting the right connection to your internet. what I did was while I was trying to sign in to my Microsoft account on technic I changed the internet and boom it worked. I hope this works for anyone thats having problems
