Game starts lagging when looking at chests

Hi everyone,

when i look at chests my game starts extremely lagging. When i look away the game runs smooth again. Can someone maybe explain why this happens and how i can solve the problem?

Never had similar lagging problems before. All my games run perfect but Hexxit 2 doesn't.
