Volts Not Loading

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7, 32-bit

Java Version: Latest (Cant't find the actual version but the one that is the latest to this date: jan 01 2013)

Description of Problem:

I load the launcher, select volts, it updates and opens the usual window but all i get is a white screen and nothing happens from there. It fails to get to the mojang screen.

Error Messages: N/A

Error Log: N/A

i also get a white window named hello and as i understand it there should be some error messages in there but none appear
