I am hosting a server for Tekkit 3.1.2, and whenever my friends join they are unable to connect. I have already port-forwarded and changed my firewall settings, so I do not know what else might be wrong. Whenever my friend tries to connect with my external IP, he just gets "Connection Refused: Connect." I have tried to connect and, of course, it works for me. The server works for Hamachi, but I want to try to figure this out so I don't have to use Hamachi. Any help would be very appreciated.
