Here's a simple, concise, and legible approach to setting up your Voltz server (1.0.5 for Minecraft 1.4.6).

1. Download the Voltz_Server_v1.0.5.zip, or a comparable version for your Minecraft version.
   
2. Unpack the Voltz_Server_v1.0.5.zip file to the desired directory.
   
3. Execute the Voltz.jar.
