Launcher pausing on the logo and not openjng

Trying to get the launcher working on my wife's computer and it keeps freezing on the Technic logo. It's installed and working on my laptop just fine. We've reinstalled Java and the launcher, restarted the computer, run as administrator, run normally, turned the firewalls and anti virus off, and nothing is getting it passed the logo popping up, not even to the main launcher screen. 

 

Both Windows 11 Pro with latest updates as of time of this post.

Ah, that’s super frustrating had the same thing happen on my brother’s PC. What ended up working for us was deleting the `.technic` folder in the user directory and doing a fresh reinstall after that. Also, double-check GPU drivers just in case. Worth a shot!
