Server does not start

Description of Problem:

My server simply does not launch.

EDIT: I am not sure if i got the proper error log, should i post my whole server.log to be sure?

Same problem I am having. Only, after you see this message, you can still log on. The only thing I hate about this is all the CMD server spam.

Are you sure the server wont work? I get this stuff after the message the server has been successfully started, its just some after the fact spam possibly?
